What are these applications:

Office App

Application which allows to: Scan documents in Word, Excel, Powerpoint in an unlimited way thanks to ABBYY technology. Widgets are also available for this application from the Basic offer (Debooklet, Split Blank Page, …)

MP3 App

This application allows, from a scanned document, to obtain an audio file to the cloud of your choice or by email). This can be very useful for anyone who has to read a rather long document, or who is short of time and who can thus save time by listening to it in their car, in the subway, at home.

Translate App

This application allows, from a scanned document, to obtain the same file in another language (48 languages ​​available), without altering the presentation of the document.

Digital Communication

This application allows information to be displayed on the screen on multifunction devices (in the form of images, twitter or even in the form of videos).

This improves internal communication within the company and simplifies communication with users in the event of maintenance or technical concerns, for example.

I need app

Application that allows the user to create a request for assistance, directly on the machine he is using. He is guided through the support process, and receives confirmation of his request by email.

Reported incidents can also be entered directly into your support and ticketing software (ServiceNow, glpi, XSM, etc.)

Esign App

This application allows you to scan a document and digitally sign it. She is EIDAS and UETA certified

It allows you to create signature flows via E-mail, SMS, itsme, EID, …

It is possible to determine the order in which the document will be signed (for example, my client, my Sales Manager then myself).

With Mywork ESign, the way of signing and the appropriate level of security can be chosen according to the type of document, the associated risks and the user’s choice.

Survey App

This application allows the administrator to create surveys that will be available on his multifunctional devices.

Users will be able to answer them directly from the screen of the MFP.

Statistics are then available to analyze the results anonymously, in order to respect the rights of use of private data (GDRP). The user can also decide not to take a survey.

EASY – Follow Me


You have several ways to authenticate yourself: Using your smartphone from the mobile application: Via a QRCODE to scan, a pin code, an email and password.

Usage report and usage rights management

Following authentication, you can output a usage report by user, by group of printers, by printer, etc. For the administrator, this facilitates user management, he can control and optimize the costs of use by assigning different rights of use (for example, forcing double-sided and black & white printing for the accounting department, authorizing A3 color printing to the marketing manager, etc.)
